Roberto Melendez came to the United States from Oaxaca, Mexico. His family was very involved in the fishing and farming industries. Mr. Melendez decided to leave his family to work in the United States in order to provide for them. In this interview, Melendez discusses how he stays connected with his family and describes the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on his life and job.
